From the producers:
It was Josiah’s hope ” …. that the character of the man, and the striking nature of the events of his life will be thought to justify the endeavor to make them more extensively known. The story has this advantage, that it is not fiction, but fact; and it will be found fruitful in instruction by those who attentively consider its lessons.” Josiah Henson, 1849.
We know that those lessons will bear fruits of instruction for many others, once they are known. Josiah shared his story personally throughout England and Scotland. In August we are going to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival to share Mr. Henson’s story with as many people as we can. Josiah spoke to raise funds. We are raising funds to speak. Please donate to this Go Fund Me campaign and help us take JOSIAH to the world. Your most appreciated donation will benefit many. Thank you.
